Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and professionalism
- Monitor hotel security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate housekeeping staff and ensure room standards are maintained
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with exceptional service
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report facility issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation accurately
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
