Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Manage housekeeping coordination for assigned guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain security protocols during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and drug screening
