Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in all guest interactions
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance tasks to hotel standards
- Operate hotel systems efficiently (check-ins, check-outs, reservations)
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with special events and guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
