Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across guest areas and back-of-house spaces
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods and special events
- Adhere to all hotel policies and industry compliance regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler Card (if assigned to F&B)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
