Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas and back-of-house spaces
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all hotel policies and industry regulations
- Assist in inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
