Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high attention to detail.
- Assist with baggage handling and valet services as required.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
