Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests with professionalism and attentiveness
- Perform front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Execute housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and banquet services for on-site functions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license if required for shuttle services
