Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change bed linens and restock guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the Engineering or Supervisory team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned rooms within the shift schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull furniture or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
