Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our property management systems.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for local dining, attractions, and transportation in Denver.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Appearance: Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
