Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to industry standards.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any damages to management.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
Qualifications
