Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas and back-of-house spaces
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with event setup and guest requests in banquet/conference areas
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada food handler/servant certification (if applicable to role)
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system experience
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Reliable transportation to various Las Vegas Strip properties
