Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve overnight issues with precision
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate accurate night audit reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations calmly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and maintain high service standards during peak hours
- Oversee cash handling, safe operations, and financial reconciliation
- Document incidents and prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas Driver's License (for occasional errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel security protocols
