Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and resolving any immediate concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist with special events, banquets, and daily operations as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
