Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support event setup and guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid NC driver's license (if driving required)
