Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and food service departments
- Maintain pristine standards for guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using resort management systems
- Support restaurant operations including table service and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special accommodations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
