Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned zones
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak shift transitions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory checks
- Adhere to all hotel policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to cover multiple hotel departments as needed
