Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and reservations
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures

Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
