Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of lobbies, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Assist in the coordination of daily hotel operations and special guest events.
- Collaborate closely with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily reports.
- Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
