Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security policies.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with luggage or supplies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- A valid driver's license is required for valet and parking staff roles.
