Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Front Desk Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Housekeeping Assistance: Support the housekeeping team by delivering amenities, cleaning public areas, and maintaining the lobby and common spaces.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up and breaking down for hotel events and conferences.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Shift Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and assigned areas are tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and perform physical cleaning tasks if assigned to support roles.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
