Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipating needs
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license if required for property duties
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
