Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate room turnover to ensure impeccable cleanliness and readiness for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required for role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
