Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and banquet services during weekends
- Perform routine maintenance checks of public areas

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
