Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas per brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Indiana hospitality alcohol certification (if applicable to role)
