Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving shuttle)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate (preferred)
