Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Process reservations and check-ins/check-outs with accuracy
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
