Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Manage room inventory and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain pristine facility standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
