- Deliver exceptional customer service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge roles
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for transportation duties)
