Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and ensure guest room standards are maintained
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
