Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our property management system
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
