Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Perform daily room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Assist with event setup and conference support
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned zones
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management for supplies
