Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries

- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
