Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications
