- Restocking: Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished in guest rooms and closets.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address any immediate guest requests or maintenance issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow housekeeping staff and management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
