Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens to meet our strict quality standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the housekeeping manager immediately.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Sort and transport laundry to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
