Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces to ensure a pristine guest environment.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, fold, and replace linens and towels in guest rooms.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or repairs to the supervisor immediately.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Trash Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to all company safety, health, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance issues.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
