Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and amenities according to company standards.
- Move furniture, vacuum carpets, and dust surfaces with precision.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
