Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and organize guest spaces efficiently
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory logs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Clean background check and drug test required
