Responsibilities
- Sanitize and Clean: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Room Preparation: Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all fixtures are spotless before guest arrival.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and other staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for our shift-based roles.
