Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are fully stocked.
- Straighten furniture, dust surfaces, and vacuum carpets throughout the assigned floor.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and sanitize waste containers.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants and provide full training.
- Availability: Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Communication: Basic English skills for following instructions and communicating with the team.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
