Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all furnishings are arranged neatly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and soap in guest rooms.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects, including laundry and cleaning supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
