Responsibilities
- Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture to a high standard.
- Bathroom Care: Scrub and disinfect showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring no water spots or streaks remain.
- Bed Making: Expertly make beds with fresh linens, ensuring hospital corners and neatness.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans in guest rooms and public areas, replacing liners as needed.
- Restocking: Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Common Area Cleaning: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Report Issues: Identify maintenance needs or lost and found items and report them immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and potential maintenance issues.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with the management team.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn hotel operations and safety protocols.
