Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
