Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit restock requests
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain professional communication
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred (for property transport)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Must pass background check and drug screening
