As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our property, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and wipe down surfaces.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest suites.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or repairs needed to the engineering department promptly.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30-50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
