Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and replenish amenities such as soap and shampoo.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them promptly to management.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in hallways, lobbies, and guest suites efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used correctly and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Organize storage closets and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic English communication skills.
