Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our clients and guests.
- Strip and make beds using professional techniques, ensuring linens are perfectly pressed and organized.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies to meet luxury standards.
- Empty trash bins, sanitize surfaces, and perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy workspace.
- Communicate maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Interact professionally with guests and clients, maintaining a welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with a focus on quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations in DC and Northern VA.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
