Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and furniture, to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Bedmaking: Make beds and change linens daily according to strict hotel protocols.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory levels by restocking amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Public Area Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, and clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
- Reporting: promptly identify and report maintenance issues or lost items to the supervisor.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure the room is ready for check-in and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
