Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our exacting standards.
- Amenity Management: Ensure all guest amenities (towels, toiletries, linens) are stocked and replenished daily.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing according to strict quality control guidelines.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than past history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to high-quality service.
