Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Adapt to high-demand periods during peak seasons and events
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment operation
- Maintain detailed cleaning checklists for quality assurance
- Collaborate with front desk for room turnover coordination
- Support special event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
